Tuesday, March 16, 2010 – Another day of waiting for results. Kellee got a call at about 8:45 telling him he could have the biopsy on Wednesday or Friday. We would have had to leave right away that day for pre-op tests but Kellee chose Friday which means we go up on Thursday and spent the night and have the biopsy the next day. However, we did not hear anything about the results of the Lumbar puncture.We can really relate to Tom Petty in that “the waiting is the hardest part!” Heidi let her sister know when the biopsy would be and she said she would let her childhood friend who now lives in Iowa City. Turns out they offered a bedroom in the basement for Heidi and I to stay during the weekend, what a blessing, we gladly accepted!
